QUOTE(franson @ Aug 25 2008, 05:30 PM) Guys, I found that N82 doesnt hv the Timer application right? Anyone has installed a Timer application in n82? I know many of users dont use timer but i do use a lot and find timer is useful for daily life. Thanks. Googled around and found this, not sure if it works though: http://mosh.nokia.com/content/3F9F5CDFF4CB...040050AEE046446QUOTE(dinodegil @ Aug 25 2008, 06:45 PM) waaaa...i go to hp shop to upload malaysia map into my phone..charge RM30..huhuuh...so expensive... anybody can tell me where to get malaysia map and how to put into my phone...coz i buy AP set n82..so dont have malaysia map If you are using Nokia Maps, you can load the map for free. Just download Nokia Map Loader and follow the procedure. Why let someone make RM30 out of you when you can do it for free, and pretty effortless?

QUOTE(-Teddy- @ Aug 24 2008, 05:19 PM) Menu > Nokia Maps. If there isn't Malaysia map already, you can download Nokia Map loader and load a Malaysia map in it. Too bad Nokia Maps doesn't support turn by turn navigation by default, you have to pay if you want it. You can also try Garmin for S60, but I uninstalled mine since it screws the pen function up. wad mean screw the pen function? let say...if i wan both?garmin n nokia map...can it be?

if not mistaken, landmarks is independent of the GPS maps software.

After installing Garmin, your pen button (which is replaced by the # key in N82) will work the other way round. Instead of holding the button and navigate left or right to highlight texts, the text will be automatically highlighted. You hold the button to make the highlighting thing to go away instead after installing Garmin. I'm not sure if you get what I mean, but I think you will notice it after installing Garmin. Especially obvious when you are not using T9.

QUOTE(-Teddy- @ Aug 25 2008, 02:59 PM) Mine is also AC5X, with 800mA output. Around one hour to full charge from 1 bar. Weird thing, the phone has been running for more than 24 hours already, but it's still showing 7 bars, not sure to trust or not. I have uninstall Phone Guardian, Accelerometer Plugin and MagicKey. Maybe they are the ones who sucks all my battery juice last time. same charger also. after that 1 bar gone, the rest will probably go by the end of the day.

Hi there, does anyone know how to rename themes? I've got a problem in my N82 where I've got two duplicates of Nseries 1 theme in my phone. One of which is a theme from another Nseries phone of a different model. I cannot find a way to rename it.

A few flash pictures a day and it lasted about 50 hours already now and still counting. 4 bars at the moment. Looks like I'm using the old version then. If I'm not mistaken, Garmin do have an autostart program running in the background although you are not using it. Will that thing affect the battery life?

If you follow the Garmin installation instructions correctly, you'll be fine. Don't waste unnecessary money for shops to install it for you when you can DIY. . As for car holder, I got mine from Novacell.
