TIME

I dont know that the thoughts below are really "life lessons" or not, but it had a profound effect on me the morning it came to my mind. It made me realize just how short our lives are on this earth, no matter what age we reach. It made me realize that we are so consumed with time and that is the one element we have no control over. For no matter what we do, time keeps ticking by at an ever-increasing speed.

As I awake each morning, I glance at the clock to see what time it is. One morning as I was doing this, the thought came to my mind that when we are young we try to determine the time upon awakening because we live by the minute. As we mature, we seek to know what day of the week it is, because we live by the day. Then as we grow older, we seek to know what month it might be, for time has sped up and now we live by the month. Then as we grow into our senior years, we seek to know what year it is for now time is simply spinning out of control and we strive to just hang on and live by the year.

This is to remind us not to waste any time in our life, whether it is a minute, a day, a month or a year.

magic swapping rm50 with rm1.

Cheating a cashier.. can also be applied to unsuspecting people.
Beware since rm50 looks a lot like rm1.

This evening my car was broken into. The thief thought that the bag containing my baby's clothes/supplies had valuable items in it. Bag was placed in the floor, never thought it would happen while we were attending a religious ceremony. Good thing no valuables were present in the car. Damage was only to the rear glass door.

Thieves are everywhere...always be careful.

My house was being broken in end of last month. Lost a great deal of things and valuables. I've moved to a new place straight away after that incident, but it left me in a very stressful financial state now...

Another case happened the next morning to another unit in the same apartment, but the burglar failed to enter the house as somebody saw it. Then this month a motorcycle was being stolen. If you live around Sungai Way, becareful as the thieves/burglars are quite active in this area.

The prime suspect and his motorcycle plate were caught by CCTV, but I wonder why he is not being taken to the police station for further interrogation... I really wonder.

Aiyah! Didn't you know that hiding away your laptop in the car is of no use? A China made device could easily detect a laptop, camera or cellular phone even when its hidden. This gadget could be purchased for about Rm300.00, it was highlighted in the press media on several occasions.

You certainly learnt the hard way. Sorry for your loss. shakehead.gif
