Did you notice my post actually exist?

Profile name : Celcom 3G
Authentication : *99#
On your right hand side should have APN, choose to static and insert "celcom3g"
Other than that, DON'T NEED to fill in anything/leave it as default.
Username & password = BLANK
Save the profile and select the profile

Anyway, post +1

Delete the username and password?

Or, make a new profile and select the new 1?

You bought the modem from other operator? Maxis or U-Mobile?

Some of their modem, they locked for their own use only.

Can try this

1st step:

Start => Control Panel => Network Connection => Create New Connection :

1. Connect to internet
2. Setup my connection manually
3. Name : celcom internet
4. dial up number : *99#
5. Username and password leave it blank
Finish!

2nd step:

Start => Control Panel => Phone and Modem Options => Click on the huawei or Vodafone modem, go to properties then click on "Advance"

You will see extra initialization commands, insert as below :

+cgdcont=1,"ip","celcom3g"
