i notice that there are range of ip address that stable and unstable. normally for surfing, those ip address starts from 10.188 or 10.58 is good enough. but when it comes to downloading files, those ip address wont give u more than 10Kb. 10.176.x.x is the lousiest ip range. but for downloading, from my experience, 10.141 would give you the 3g speed. whenever i want to download some files, i do connect and disconnect in order to get the 10.141 ip address...
it may vary from you guys.. but these are truly from my experience..

Hi,
Does the Celcom BB block Megaupload or rapidshare ? I have try so many to download from megaupload it always say "Download Exceed Limit". Try the same link using TMNet at friends house 1st click already able to download. Anything I need to do the to enable this download. Thnx biggrin.gif

im not sure with megaupload but using rapidshare was quite fine nowadays.. previously there was some routing issue esp when u use any download accelerator on the rapidshare. but at times there are a few subnets that could not resolve the rapidshare.com. for a workaround, just disconnect and connect it again..

is there any way to know whether we are being capped due to over limit usage except the slow speed? could the customer service know that our line have been capped? thanks

can u still change your ip. mine can't. try avoid .130 and .34
I'm locked to .130 for 2 weeks now. the ip for capped users i believe.

u mean the public gateway or the private ip?

I think they capped us on 256kbps.. most of us are getting that speed.. mine also the same... before this month, i can get 40-48kB easily.. now it stuck at 25-30kB
