Puchong Prima is not a good place to invest as it's not located along the LDP and furthermore only serves for the group of Prima residents.

Setia Walk, looks solid!! Trigon sales is just a matter of time, I predict it will be fully sold before June. Boulevard is in serious threat!

SetiaWalk... 4300 parking lots provided, more than sufficient i guess. As for open concept, not really that hard to accept, just take a que from the Walk @Curve.. But during rainy season, will get abit wet tongue.gif

From other forum, retailers can go in for ID works after end of April... So, probably will open somewhere in June i think..

Criss-crossing from vehicles going into SW main entrance and vehicles coming out from Persiaran Wawasan will be BIG BIG headache. Read that SPS has planned for traffic light for vehicles going into SW and vehicles coming out from Persiaran Wawasan to avoid criss-crossing. Dunno how that will actually panned out or helped the traffic till implemented...

Now that we've looked at actual thing, the distance between shops is actually quite significant................... not sure how many ppl would shop under a hot day or rainy day..................
