Yes , Because so Much Agent at there lie owner say Bank can get RM 550 PSF , but that price is impossible one , because i try to take high value with bank , bank say Max is RM 510 PSF only , but this RM 510 PSF is got kitchen Package one

this 3 is under bank value one , our bank value is need to wait , because our bank value buyer hard to top up one
because is our bank value 30k buyer need pay 10 % (50k ) plus 30k plus lawyers fees and SNP 10k ++ = RM 100k ++ for Service apartment won't ppl wan one
