That one is for pent units only, definitely not the normal units.

personally don't like that open-style corridor, u will know when there's a heavy rain (already can see the stain on the floor)...

Dunno, but unless it's fully centralized a/c serviced apartments (hotel style), otherwise most residential apartments in Malaysia have open style corridor... Yes, rain time definitely will get wet.

There are sky garden at 11th/15th/19th/23rd floors. The floors with sky gardens are much wider at the corridor area. This should be able to serve as a shelter to the corridor of the 3-4 floors below. I expect no major problem unless the wind is very strong when it rains.

I saw the reno notice, it is Idarts.. Didnt realize it will take up 4units

We can see SPS leasing team losing the control on initial plan. Izit a good move for so many pubs? I doubt. Those apts which face the shops will hv sleepless night for sure

i still remember when 1 utama just opened...top floor garden area...whole row all pubs
and even patrick teoh...does a live dj for one of them...eventually also bungkus...

i dont think all the pubs can last for so long.
pubs seems to have a shelf life..once its old and a newer place comes around...
the drinkers will move.
