Hey I will be returning to Malacca this weekend.

Does anybody know any good Japanese restaurant in Malacca. Yea, I know that Japanese food is overrated but this girl seems to like Japanese food. sad.gif

Any recommendation? Anybody knew about the Japanese restaurant opposite of the formerly Orchard Square. Its been there for a long time. hmm.gif

I would appreciate any help from my fellow Malaccans. notworthy.gif

I think ur talking about Kokiya. It was opposite what used to be orchard square, now its just an empty building.
The only japanese restaurant i go to in melaka is Sibaraku, inside Mahkota Parade. laugh.gif There are very few in melaka.

Hi, thanks for your reply.

Yea, Kokiya has been there for a long time.

The cheapest room for Malaysian citizen are Rm450, but you need to email or book them directly with YTL Reservation office. Online rates are only for international market. Thats what I hate about YTL.

Mahkota Parade located opposite A-Farmosa & Dataran Pahlawan mall U can park inside the pahlawan undergroun carpark as well (Nearer)

I was wondering why Hoe Kee (Hei Jia??) instead of much better Chung Wah located opposite the clock tower??
Ban Lee Siang is rather far...probably u wanted to try Capitol which is located not far from St Paul hill (Bdr Kaba)
