Please dont use Puregen. I am using it and not going to shift it to my new house as this filter is lousy. Every morning i still can smell bad smell from the water even i have ask them to put in the carbon for me. Sand can go  in the water tap and ask them to check a few times and still the same problem. I am thinking to get Aqua free outdoor filter for my new house. Anybody use it before?

Hi Reen Yong,
Are you using the sand type filter system of Puregen or the ultra filtration type (hollow fibre) ?

I think that UE---something sold by Jusco sounds reasonable as a POE (point of entry) filter - so that the washing machine gets clear water instead of white clothes turning yellowish-brown..

What does anyone thinks?

Normal price -RM300, then if take filter change package for 3 years, can save additional RM400. I think it's ok because the technology quite advance. Imagine your hand with garlic smell, wash with the filtered water then the smell not obvious ady. Even if you wash with soup, u can still smell the garlic right? Since many says RO water cannot drink, boiled water not good, then i just want to find some filter which can drink directly. So far only Amwxx and NeXX come across my mind. Amwxx too expensive, so... take Nxxx lo... Tupperxxxx got new filter product, but not many tried. I think after few years when the feedback is ok then only can consider lo.

Just my 2 cents..... don't shoot me.. sweat.gif

Did u survey the price outside before buying from perfect living? Not all items are cheap in fair, must really becareful.
My auntie bought something in fair then later went out to check the prices, got 10% extra cheaper....
Some of them just mark up the prices then give lots of discount, so consumers will assume they are getting a very good deal.

Agreed with you.

I was there yesterday and checking the price of one vacuum. The price is cheaper compared (RCP) with outside and the price tag in the fair was RM340. But when I ask what the best price you could give...it drop to RM 310 after checking the computer.

This same goes to another aircorn brand...the price is RCP, hence you have to ask is that a fair price or discounter...else you will pay higher...

Today or tomorrow I will go back again, as I have few items need to buy and have done some home work what the outside price could be...so if lower than get from them, else next round lol

I haven't see much choice with hot, cold and normal water filter. I use delcol but filter is quite expensive. Thinking of finding alternative for the filter.

I'm looking for water filter too. Yesterday was passing by NESH counter, looked at the Qoozo filter.

Sounds fantastic, tested the water, taste like mineral water, no smell. And got some kind of O3 technology, can clean the fruits and vege one. Like Okamizu or something like that.

The disadvantage is it's bloody expensive! 2k plus. I want to check out other filters. esp Amway coz I heard got UV for killing bacteria or something. But the water can wash the fruits clean or not?

Anybody can share their opinion? Or can advise me other filter please?

Go for Amway Espring. No regret. The only brand that is able to produce documentation about the contaminants it can filter out. No other brand does that.
