For the past 3 years I only buy Top comparing to last time buying Breeze or FAB, just because the smell brows.gif
Now almost everyday rain, you should able to notice the difference.

I use Max Kleen 9 and Kao Attack before but they aren't smelly. But how long does your laundry normally dry after hanging on sunny, cloudy and rainy days? In my circumstance, since the drying area is sheltered from the rain and there's moving air becuase of extractor fan on rainy days, it usually takes 4-8 hours to dry. Much less is sunny.

Mine are open area, so take lesser time than yours. If rainy then I just air dry it.
Kao Attack I used before also, but because of the price and my wife over use it, so I don't it anymore.

Hot water do help, on destroying your laundry laugh.gif
The key point here is we need to dry it in natural way, wet and high humidity = smelly.
Heating up when wet also not a good idea.
I brought back some detergents from Middle East and test over here, indeed there are some difference on drying, with and without direct sunlight.
Is the bacteria inside our laundry that cause the bad smell.

if laundry not rated for it and if certain coloured yes can spoil. biggrin.gif what detergent brand those? bacteria in tub also another unseen problem. After tub wash preferably open hinge to promote faster drying of tub if possible. Or do the once in a year borax and bleach if tub can take it.

That's the problem when humidity is high. In ME where humidity are lower, even I put lesser also it won't be smelly.

Bacteria in tub nothing much can be done, so keep the WM dry is the only way, that's why I won't buy FL as water are trapped in the rubber seal.
So killing majority of the bacteria during wash are important. Follow by direct sunlight thumbup.gif
Also, some people never check properly on the limitation of their laundry and simply put to wash. And some that does not knows, just set the hot water and that's it.

My old FL yes, the rubber seal no evacuation hole so water collect there. The new one has this so less of an issue. FL in high humidity weather only way is to open door and air dry. My laundry area has extractor fan and the mouldy smell not there. In South Korea, they sell this laundry ball thingy which can be adapted to top load use also. Dosage of detergent is lesser thanks to it.

As supplied from manufacturer. Need to put plumbing (teflon) tape otherwise yes, like what you described.

Doesn't matter. Did you try the plumbing (teflon) tape? Do it on both ends: wm inlet and wm tap.

You have to screw the person that install the WM for you.
But you need to modify your self(if you know basic of plumbing), as the 4 screws type of connection really have problem when you disconnect it. Not that easy to align them properly sweat.gif

Don't use Dynamo for FL, way too much suds.
TOP is pretty good too, they have for both FL and TL.

Thoshiba or Panasonic, but why you need 8KG only? If you want to wash bed sheet or comforter, at least 10KG.
This is for your second WM or buying for new house for a new family? If for new family, 10KG minimum.
