danny,

better u buy bigger fridge except u have plan to change it near future...

Bear in mind, ppl hardly change fridge except the current fridge is too small..

so, better invest a little big to get bigger capacity & u can use it for life...

Yeah "for life" is a very indefinite concept. If can get 10 years out of a fridge is not bad already.

I think mitsubishi is better.

to some extent, i agree that mitsubishi fridge seems better than the toshiba.. i love the foldable tray.. the doors also feel solid.. but, it is at least a few hundred ringgits more expensive than toshiba coz the parts are imported from japan while the toshiba is from thailand.. in the end, i bought the toshiba glass door because for capacity to capacity comparison it is cheaper. plus it has 5 star energy rating too rclxms.gif (high energy efficiency as according to suruhanjaya tenaga)

Go ask electrical shop whether they want to buy? Some do so that they can re-sell ... similar to 2nd hand car business...

Need some feedback from you guys.

I notice that some fridge got different configuration. Some has the freezer on top and some at the bottom. (In fact, only Panasonic has the ones at the bottom that I know of). I know that the advantage of the bottom freezer is that it is easier to take things like vegetables without bending down. But the disadvantage is (I heard from salesman) that the fridge will not be as cold as compared to top freezers. Is this true? Also, what other Pros and Cons when comparing Top and Bottom Freezers in fridges?

I did survey a few brands and I found out the most value for money brand is SHARP. With the same amount of money, u get larger storage plus 5 star energy saving rating.

Sharp SJPT71RHS

- Heard can get cheaper in smaller shop

Samsung RT72SBSM

Hitachi RZ650AM
- 660 l
- SenQ RM2399

Hitachi R-Z700AM(SLS)

HELLO,i am a salesman in a chain-store electrical shop ....here is my comments to some brands refrigerator:

PANASONIC- is a very good quality refrigerator which have function of twin bio system which can effectively reduce
smelly n kill germs n bacteria .but however due to panasonic desigh that freezer located at bottom,
it makes unperfect...because in freezer compartment,we have to put foods in drawer that makes us
hard to open it n close it...we have some case tat customer broken the drawer n find us to order it.

SHARP _ is a ver well-known brand refrigerator tat i think our old parents will say yes to sharp fridge...n with 2-doors
fridge,it got many model likes:happio series (economical):very basic n cheap price model
,"middle " model which is "plasmacluster" model fridge n a classic n elegant model fridge
N SHARP 2-doors fridge is rated as 5 star energy efficiency fridge...approved by suruhanjaya tenaga icon_rolleyes.gif

TOSHIBA-very worthful fridge because for larger fridge, got many spec tat other brand fridge cannot compare likes:
UV-LED CHILLER ROOM, AG+ VEGETABLE CRISPER (new model),LED fridge lamp (new model).....
n elegant, stylish appearance

LG - elegant look which is flat doors tat can match every kitchen room ....green ion deodorizer,(for certain model)

SAMSUNG - very cheap n economical fridge ....very simple spec actually

any interests,or any enquiry about price,just sms/call /pm me ,my number is 016-648 9355
we can deliver all goods to most of the kl n selangor area ......n actually we got branches in PASIR PUTEH,SRI MANJUNG (PERAK )......TQ rclxm9.gif
