after a few rounds of elimination
i choose mitsubishi MR-BF43E

at first wanted to buy sharp SJ-BW30P but after i reconsider about it
it's not really practical, plus the nett capacity is quite small

i heard about people complaint about panasonic fridge spoiled after a few years
the price also higher than other brands

at the end i found BF43E, looks and feels good
the shop priced 1969, havent nego for best price
will buy a few items at the same shop to get better price
anybody using it? any feedback?
thanks smile.gif

Is it? My Panasonic just celebrated its 8th birthday.
Just buy the fridge without much electronic parts, sure it can last. Want to buy fancy fancy type, sure won't last.

Depending on models, I always go for the most basic models.

Which brand? Budget how much? Got a service center near you?
Above will be the stupid question I'll ask my self before buying something.

Any brand as long as is top freezer with removable ice tray. Budget around 2k - 2.5k.
Or I should check what service center before I choose the brand?

Thank you.

Usually I'll choose Panasonic the most basic type. Inverter type have more electronics which sure fail faster than normal basic type.
What is good for Panasonic is that they have SC every state(West Malaysia), so it is easier for you in case of problem.
Any fridge do have ice tray but Panasonic I doubt got top freezer(only bottom is).

I can say this will cost more on your bill. Just get a normal 2 doors(1 normal and 1 freezer) will be more practical.

Hi Ashly:

If you looking for top freezer with removable ice tray, can consider Hitachi R-Z420EM (335L Net), price that I know last time was RM1280.
If you interested, do let me know, can PM you the contact.

Wow, 17 years. If National can last for 25 years(proven by my family)
Also, it is not worth to repair the efficiency are quite low.
