“My father has it. I have it. My sister has it. You have that power, too.”
i'm referring to Luke Skywalker (image) missing in the main poster.
Luke's voice in the very first trailer, to me, maybe he will only appear at the end of SW-TFA when rey (daisy ridley) finally get to meet reclusive old luke. (?) Unlike ben 'obi wan' kenobi, who was in SW-a new hope poster even though he (obi wan) 'died' in the duel with darth vader. Luke Skywalker is no where to be found in the SW-TFA poster.

if luke dies here in SW-TFA as some suggested, it's all too tragic. To some it's may only be poster.
To Star Wars fans, the poster imagery last a lifetime. Don't ever discount the importance..

i'm guessing, it may just be han solo that may not live into the SW esp8 ?, rey (daisy ridley may have already develop a very close bond with Han Solo in movie, The scene where she cries or is very distressed over a person clad in brown wardrobe/leather jacket?? hopefully its not, a mortal death but someone dear to rey, (seriously) injured.
I'm also thinking it is their search for Luke that had Kylo Ren following them, and where the meeting between the short duel between a seemingly out-of-depth Finn (john bortega) vs kylo Ren (adam driver), only to be rescued by Luke Skywalker??
the official SW-TFA film's synopsis...
"When a ruthless prince rises to power and threatens galactic peace, a runaway soldier, an uncongenial scavenger, and a hot shot pilot find their fates intertwined as they embark on a journey to find the most powerful warrior in the galaxy." QUOTE
Producer (Kathleen Kennedy) Hints Kylo Ren May Be A Skywalker In Star Wars 7!
This new teasing tidbit comes to us courtesy of Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy, who explained the difference between the new trilogy begun by The Force Awakens (known as Saga), and the interim Anthology films (Rogue One and the Han Solo movie).
"The Saga films focus on the Skywalker family saga. The stories follow a linear narrative that connects to the previous six films. The Force Awakens follows Return of the Jedi and continues that generational story. The Anthology films offer opportunities to explore fresh characters, new storylines and a variety of genres inside the Star Wars universe."
Obviously we knew the information about the Anthology films, but what she says about Saga is veeeeery interesting...
The most important part of the quote is obviously "continues that generational story" - Kennedy is implying that one (or more) of the characters who leads Star Wars 7 is in fact the next generation of Skywalkers, ie: Luke or Leia's child. This was also hinted at in the trailers, through Luke's narration...
"The Force is strong in my family. My father has it. I have it. My sister has it. You have that power too."
The hints are very clear: this dialogue echoes what Luke said to Leia when he revealed their familial connection in The Return Of The Jedi, and with "you have that power too", there's the implication that who Luke is talking to is also part of that family. So who could the new addition to the Skywalker clan be?
Rey & Kylo Ren: Long Lost Siblings? the poster where they intertwine MAY suggest that.
*also in the empire strikes back, Luke Skywalker whom after had his hand chopped off by vader had a mechanically hand grafted with human like tissue. Strangely we have to ask, why would luke go full robo hand??? just a thought. unless he gets disfigured as to almost as badly as vader in the years after SW-Return of the Jedi.
