Please roughtly state which ISP do you complain and complain you made.
For me:
Tmnet(bottom of the list in online complain form) - Streamyx
Speed to slow
Sometimes automatically disconnect
Downtime at least 1-2 days every month
Telephony customer service have no minimum required computer knowledge(donno ping, lag)
Slow response(modem burned, took them a week++ to replace)
