I feel that the CC terminal at KFC processes relatively fast. Faster than places like Giant and etc.

Anybody feel the same?

Go to any super- or hypermarket. I'm sure you'll be offered of such free gifts. I experienced such situation before. The credit card agent told me to just apply the card and grab the offered free gift. She also said that I no need to use the card at all. She was merely trying to meet her daily quota. sweat.gif

It lacks of consistency since both card divisions are handled seperately under different teams.

question guys..

M2U has this credit  card bill payments.. for other financial institutions. eg. citibank, hsbc.. etc..

is it safe to sign up wit M2U to do the payments? anyone did it bfr? how fast did the other bank received it?

thy are asking for all my CC details.. which i think its rather sensitive.. so i'd like to ask u guys first bfr i proceed..

plus thy need to verify my details bfr thy allow payment. and thy would sent a letter  to my address for confirmation..

thanks.

I believe you will be doing an Interbank Fund Transfer and select Credit Card Payment as the Payment Type. Use your card number as the account number.

Interbank Fund Transfer takes up to 3 working days to be cleared.

*
What does the CS say when you complained? Will they guarantee for statement delievery for the coming months?

cause its the first time i am supposed to receive the statement. and it didnt come. so naturally its not my fault to request for one.. without the price stated on their site.. she said will be waived. i hv her name so hopefully will be.. the next 3 working days or the next statement. she said if i still dont received it.. call thm to ask rather thn requst online.

i jus wanna know if my statement is issued in the first place to the correct address.. so the extra statement i requested will be my benchmark..
*
You could ask the CS to read out the mailing address of your statement. You should demand for explaination.

I'm a newbie and just wanted to ask a few things concerning DA cards...

How long does it take to get the pin number for DA cards after you have submitted the form anyway?

When you get the pin number you can register to access CIMB clicks right?

What kind of 'transaction' can you do using CIMB Clicks with DA cards anyway?

You can always call DA CS to know the status. They're willing to check for it.

You need to perform the First Time Login to register an account. After that, you can use CIMBClicks.

I don't think much online facility is available for CIMB DA with CIMBClicks. Not even for online bill payment. That's what I observed. I might be wrong.
