QUOTE(danlhct @ Aug 4 2008, 01:10 AM) After reading this forum, I decided to go with my Maybank second card - Amex cc. Mainly due to it 2x TP Did they charge you for annual fee for your MBB Amex?I agree with TeraPox, Maybank is a snail. Despite I already have my Maybank Visa Gold, it took me almost 4 weeks to get my Maybank Amex cc. Huhh!! |

QUOTE(danlhct @ Aug 4 2008, 08:36 AM) How many MBB cards you have? If your newly added MBB Amex is considered as your 3rd card, then it'll be free of annual fee. Otherwise, you have to pay for it. Track your online statement carefully. This is what the bank staff and CS told me. |

QUOTE(tinkerbel @ Aug 4 2008, 11:13 AM) @David83, I'm not sure about Platinum card since I don't hold or apply any. Perhaps others could confirm for you.Of course the merchants would accept CC purchases - Y would they not?! In fact, I think they would only have accepted MBB CC's and no other CCs. Yes I too been told by the CS about the 3rd CC being FREE - it is however NOT applicable to the Plat range I think; can U double confirm please?! |

QUOTE(Putraskyline @ Aug 6 2008, 12:59 AM) For now, DA is the perfect cards for young graduates? How about the benefits? Where you read about DA got 2% rebates on all petrol station? I have google DA website but the elaboration is too few. DA is perfect for fresh graduates because:1. 2% rebate on any brand of petrol (http://www.directaccess.com.my/pdf/petrol%20statement%20leaflet.pdf) 2. No need to worry about annual fee 3. No minimum swipe for the month or year 4. It's a GOLD card not Silver/Classic. |

From what I know DA Card does not count point on Petrol purchases, do other card such as CIMB-Petronas or MBB-Petronas are the same? For the DA, its comes only with CIMB right? My annual income is about Rm22k because I'm fresh graduates. Do you think the bank will allow?QUOTE Platinum Card : RM80,000 per annum Gold Card : RM24,000 per annum You can give a try. About the Graduates Certificates as requirement, I dont have it right now, my convo will in mid August. What document to brings? You could try to use the official invitation letter to convocation. From what I know DA Card does not count point on Petrol purchases, do other card such as CIMB-Petronas or MBB-Petronas are the same? CIMB Petronas also gives 2% rebate back. MBB Petronas offers 5x Treat points. |

Just now, I used my MBB Visa at Secret Receipe and guess what, the transaction didn't go through. So embarassed!
I'm wondering if my card or the RHB terminal got problem. My friend used his HSBC to settle the bill since I didn't bring my backup cards! |

Not sure if somebody asked this before.
If I want to change my ATM PIN; let's say from Citibank Mastercard CC. Do I have to change that PIN at Citibank ATM machine? Does it possible to do it on any ATM machine that supports Cirrus? Thank you. |
