QUOTE(missboo @ May 23 2019, 11:51 AM) Update on the above issue: I emailed the bank regarding the status of their so-called 'action'. The bank replied that the matter has been escalated to the respective unit but the application was still there in my eCCRIS as pending. I thought "ohh...maybe need 12 months to clear.", so I did nothing since then but last month, I applied for another CC in different bank. The application was rejected and I was surprised that the application was never appeared in my eCCRIS (I waited for quite some time for it to appear). The new application was never appeared but the earlier application was still there as 'PENDING'. So I conclude that it is the bank's issue (I don't need to wait for 12 months), hence I submitted a form for verification in the eCCRIS. The verification approved on the next working day and the pending application for CC is no longer there. Okay guys don't wait for 12 months to clear your pending application. how to submit form for verification in the eCCRIS? I dint see this option in my eCcris

What I want to ask here is when does CCRIS report get updated - Once a month at last day of the month for all the banks at one go? Or as and when each bank generates its monthly statement which means it can be any day of the month. I'm asking because I can see one of my banks has been updated for 30/6/2019 with my payment before that date while the other one is still at 31/5/2019 history. I did also make payment by 30/6/2019.

I have 2 joint overdraft accounts but only one has been listed in my CCRIS report. Should I get in contact with CCRIS to ask them to add the missing bank? I'm asking because that missing account will improve my credit standing as the utilisation is low. And, should the report put up only your share of the facility and loan outstanding instead of the whole amount which is what I see?

Each bank only obligates to perform update once a month. CCRIS (BNM) side has cut-off date (by 15th) When the bank update to the database shouldn't be regulated as long as they do their due diligence to perform at least one update per month; meaning bank A could update on 1st, bank B could update on 10th

Thank you. I will check daily until 15th just want to see when my banks do their update.

Can we manually infoem BNM to remove the record? BNM will ask bank to do it. The effective channel is still go back to the bank to press them to take the action.

Asking this on behalf.
If one person got litigated and received a judgement by the court (Aka losing the case and no plans to appeal since no grounds to appeal anyways), how does it affect CCRIS or CTOS?
1. Would the court judgement / action be recorded down in CCRIS / CTOS? I assume it would be CTOS instead of CCRIS because CCRIS is mainly relating to banks.
2. What is the time frame expected for the judgement to be updated in their system?
3. I assume once the bank runs a credit check with CTOS, they'll find that court order to be in the CTOS record until the court order is satisfied (Assuming full payment is made and etc).

Just checked my CTOS records, and seems that it's still showing the last time I purchased the record (which was in 2016!). question would be.... when banks extracts a copy of my CTOS records, would they get the latest info available, or the outdated record i last purchased in 2016?

I have increased credit limit of a credit card a year back but ccris doesnt seem like have the records updated. Does it affect the credit score later or do it need to get it updated to reflect new credit limit?

That's the latest data but it's one month old. Data updated on 15th reflecting up to last month details.
If it's not removed, go back to the respective bank/financial institution to get it removed.

QUOTE(mt24 @ Aug 24 2019, 04:39 PM) I want to know my CTOS score You can have both. I have RAMCI, something similar to CTOS. But I find it not much usage. I subscribed it cheap during 50% offer for 3 years. But I decided to stop subscribing after 3 years.

How to get they update to the latest data? we both meant to know, as far as banks are concerned, do they take the latest CTOS records available (i.e. current month) or the last available, like the 1 we see (in my case, updated in 2016)
