I wanna ask, is it worth sending my LP-100 for service to reset the action?

Are there any suitable tuner heads for my LP-100? The current ones don't stay in tune more than 2 days. Lol....

Btw, Blacktrix, have you serviced your LP-100 before?

Are there any other places selling Epiphones beside Rhapsody and Woh Fatt?

Thanks.

Lp-100 is an epi.
Yes, I sent it for service many times...... major overhaul was when I changed to EMGs and then to th .10-.60

But will be sending it to JS Music when I'm back from the US if I can find either the Stets Bar or the Fishman Tune-O-Matic acoustic pickup. Then will probably be installing either Seymour Duncan Alnico II Pro or DiMarzio PAF Pro pickups and get the neck tension rechecked as well as changing the Tuners to Gotoh or Schaller. Most likely will be getting the tuners and pickups from Singapore when I'm down there again in August.

And sweettooth...... Gibson V's not brutal enough??/

Blactrix, how much did you pay for the setup? How much is it for a set of schaller tuner heads? What about Gotoh tuner heads? My budget is only about RM100-RM150

Like Ever said, you're looking at around Rm150 for the tuners. Setup would cost another Rm50-100, depending on the work that needs to be done.
All in all, it could come up REALLY costly.

@ atomicjelly, the one that you bought, is it authentic? I always go to Chambers Music when I'm in KL and the only authentic Epiphones I saw there are Les Paul 100s and Les Paul Specials.

@ Blacktrix, where can I get the tuners? If the setup is costly, I can't send my guitar to set it up.
