Eh syukri, some links in Set tawaran etc cant be clicked! 404 not found...The pdf files cant be reached. how can we print out =.=
I guess the file name problem.. Some file name are Borang UTM 1a,1b,1c.pdf =.=

Not easy to get 3.00 CGPA.But my bro said in masters studies they don't care about CGPA anymore.Either u get 3.00 above and get masters degree or repeat the subject again.

the bandar penawar campus have been in development for a couple of years. johor state government felt that they could boost the development of penawar area by introducing a university there. this will inject more population and definitely boost the micro economy. since UTM is one of the biggest universities in malaysia and with the mothership being in skudai, they thought, why not offer UTM a place?

so the state government "awarded" the land to UTM. i heard it was free, but i dunno for sure lol.

there have been saying about who gets to go to penawar. the lecturers in KL would definitely dont wanna go there, while skudai have already settled down for at least 15 years. there's even a heated argument of who would be assigned to go there.

so from the news given, apparently diploma schools finally got the "prize". most of us simply dont think it's such a big deal. but there are a few who're furious about the move. kengkonon dah dapat dok KL tu, cool gila laaa. sekali kena pindah huluuuuuuuu...

damn right.

I cant access some of the PDF files in "Set tawaran"! Some links have error 404... Anyone can access every files?

Oh damned.. if no lecturers wanna go there, then means bad lecturers only go there ke?

no laa... assuming what have been said is correct, then all lecturers associated with the diploma schools, good or bad, will get to have their fun in desaru. come to think of it, penawar campus will house one of the best environments - it's damn close to the beach! hari2 boleh tenet kat situ.

For those who are in fear of UTM Campus Bandar Penawar, here i give some snapshots of the location.. is not that bad actually... obviously it doesn't have KFC, McD, Kenny Rogers etc.. so pray hard u dont get transfer there

I am asking a noob question here but please answer me T_T
After 3 years of diploma, am I going to the degree for sure? or I stand a chance being kicked out? I heard of something called credit transfer and I heard if qualify for that I can enter 2nd year of degree after diploma, can anyone tell me in detail? Thanks.

u can further ur degree after diploma only if u exceed certain cgpa.. i'm not really sure whats the cgpa figure.. but during my time in UTM, there were dozens of diploma students join my degree class starting from 3rd year until 4th year (final year) ... so they just studied for 2 years only for a degree.. these students are called "direct-intake students" ... most of them were directly further study after diploma and some were working for few years before further their degree...

so i had different age range of students in my class.. the eldest student was 43 years old.. got 2 kids.. and he talked about sex all the time.. and my batch (direct from SPM) was the youngest .. we were 20 years old during that time and we enjoyed to listen to those pakcik² talked about porno.. LOL
