What's SECC? I supposed it's a metal type casing right? Btw, I heard that aluminium is stronger than metal?
*

Yes.
SECC is steel.

But your sentences about aluminium stronger than metal is wrong.
Aluminium is softer than metal. Thus, aluminium can bent easily compared to stell casing.

Acrylic casings have slightly worse cooling than steel casings. Aluminium is the best in terms of cooling, but the difference is often not noticable if you ventilate the casings well.

Thermal dissipation (from best to worst)
-Aluminium
-Steel
-Acrylic

Strength (from best to worst)
-Steel
-Aluminium (doesn't break that easily, but can be very easily dented)
-Acrylic (can crack or break)

How good it looks like is a subjective opinion, so I can't say which is the best or worst in terms of looks.

-Added-
the comparisions are assuming the casings have exactly the same design, identical to every milimeter, and are identically ventilated.

If you want a super silent PSU, try go for the Zalman 400w or theres some 0db FSP 400w PSUs which i've came across once in LY.

Btw, is there any other difference between m-ATX and ATX, apart from the size? Also was wondering what can be slotted in the PCI, AGP slot? Eg. GPU, soundcard, modem...

Edit: Sorry forgot it's the wrong topic. Btw, how do you put a line on the words? Like cut through one.
