Simple casing with dual 12cm arr..

Tell me... how important is a fan on the side panel of casing?? Should I go and search for one or the normal ones with 120cm in front and rear is enough edy??

it depend on how hot it ur graphic card.... if it's like those crazy monster that consumed 100 watts or more then side fan is definitely a must.. for exp: 8800 series, X1900 series and up..

if it's not too hot and the gc has a decent cooler that could dissipate heat in very short of time... then side fan may not be necessary ..

If its those uber hot monster like what you say, side panel fan is need to blow air towards the GC or suck air out?

It would be better to provide cool air in and rely on both exhaust and PSU fan to draw the hot air out ...

Can someone reco a ATX casing?

-no transparent side panel
-no super large buttons
-whole thing metal
-budget aroun RM200+
-dun care come with or without psu

currently thinking of cloning a new PC as my first middle range gaming rig.... think of have a nice look casing. my budget is around RM350 without PSU.. Can i get coolermaster - ITower930(RC-930) or Mystique 631(RC-631)?? If not what is the other recommedation?

a colleague of mine just bought the mystique yesterday at ALL IT digimall PJ for RM360.

i also say for that kinda budget u should take a look at the Lian Li cases.

Can i get any good casing at a budget range of RM100?Or i could just get those chaplang ones?

And some shops are selling those CM casing together with PSU. Can we request to dont want the PSU? How much will it be deduct from the actual price?

mostly they will discount or "trade-in" the psu for rm50,

RM50 only?Gosh..Is the bundle with CM the Extreme 430/350W one?Or some other more chaplang PSU?

The only one "branded" that are cheap enough so far is the Elite 331/330.Around RM130 but trying to excise my option here if there are plenty more..

for RM100 u definitely can't even get a coolermaster. however, there are a lot of "dunno what brand" casings that are about RM100.

Which is why the CM Elite 331 is high on my list. Price in bulk sales are only about Rm130 AFAIK..Looking for other options only. Else, i just settle for it..lol..

, currently looking for nice, good air flow casing, silent, the spec is just like my siggy, with 3 SATA HDD, 2 SATA ODD, X1900XT fitted with HR-03, CPU Cooler is HR-01 (coming soon)...

Budget : RM450 ~ RM550 (Max)
Casing criteria : preferably full tower, full aluminium if possible, i want it sleek design, more "straight forward" (not to fancy though)...

i'm eyeing the Lian Li PC-A71 - i think it's too pricey and still not avail in Malaysia, or how about this - Lian Li PC-201A?

other brand like Silverstone and CoolerMaster (Stacker 810 only ) i might be interested too...
