For the Garmin Mobile XT do you guys set the GPS setting to immediate drive or the com type? Now i am using Com3 port 3, but still nothing happens. and i seems that i can't download picture or send pic or multimedia through MMS but the 3g and Hsdpa Solve

Hi guys...

Just one question, do your Omnia suddenly turn off your phone service in wireless manager? (meaning your Omnia suddenly in flight mode).

It happened to me three times already starting this week.. I cannot turn On back my phone service in wireless manager when it happened.

I suspect that my simcard is faulty (hopefully) as I need to turn off my Omnia, remove the battery and re-insert my simcard, then Omnia will detect back my phone service. My simcard is 5 years old already.

I am on DXHI3 firmware btw..

Hm it's been a few days and i'm getting about a day of battery life with medium usage. ._. Should i give it more time to settle in ?

One more thing, when i play music in CorePlayer, the screen didn't turn off even though the "keep screen on when playing audio" is unticked by default. Any solution ?

Still on H3 btw.

u accidentally touch the turn off phone is it? happen to me b4.....

if so then I should be able to turn the phone on again.. because when I deliberately want to go to flight mode, I will be able to turn back the phone on.. but this time when it happened I can't turn the phone back on...

Once it happened when I was sleeping and woke up to find my phone off...

Another time it happened when I was on the phone talking with someone and the phone is automatically in locked mode so no way that I accidentally turn off the phone.

I take it as good sign.. meaning it's not the I3 firmware.. as I said my sim card is 5 years old already.. I'll get the sim card replaced first then.

but why do i have the feelings that my battery drains like hell?
had this feeling that HI1 is better in terms of battery life,

Got my Omnia16Black yesterday in SImlim SG
SGD900 with GST (16gb + 8gb sdhc + crystal screen protect + crystal case
+ pounch) bout RM2200.
compared with iphone3G for almost 1hour b4 i made the decision. lol~ Omnia won! 24~32GBstorage.

So far working good for wifi online and my Motorola A2DP stereo headset.
GPS is working fine on GPS speed Sentry and GPSMeter.
Camera function is awesome
still testing the software.

dun think i gonna upgrade any firmware yet. unless there is a stable firmware released
