Actually googled him, but can't seem to find him. Anyway, to be honest all these terms are interchangeable.

In the past, you could be a weightlifter today and hitting your snatch PR and be posing on stage for a show in the next 3 days. They weren't all that anal about dryness and striations during those days. They just wanted to be healthy and strong and fit. They also trained in the same gym, so there wasn't much of a real big deal to be honest. The bodybuilders, will be doing their squats and benches at one corner while curling with a Olympic bar, while the weightlifters will be snatching or clean pulling away at the platforms. It's no big deal.

I know such relations are still practiced by teams in Selangor (near Batu Caves) and the Terengganu guys. I saw them previously. They exchange tips as well. Each are truly respected.

And to uhuk-uhuk, your opinions are true, like any other opinion. It boils down to our goals, and my goals are strongly rooted in strength and power. The only way I can accept gaining weight is if my weight is gained via a byproduct of strength. No disrespect to any man woman and child that trains hard to better themselves. Nobody can.

sometimes got WSM and powerlifting also.
yesterday got Jejaka Perkasa competition and max deadlift is 180kg

"Pesta Sungai Melaka"....and you do ...strongmen kinda stuff too. I think it'll come this May.

I just feel I should clear this up. There were a few reports against your posts d. So when I became a mod, I saw these reports. Then nicely you posted another one, so I thought, I'd better remind you about spamming just in case you didn't notice.

And of course, there are various categories. I think Sazali competes in 70KG category. IINM, our resident future IFBB man, Kmaru competes in 70KG as well. I wonder if regeditor competes....any input abt this?

And how does someone eat 500GMS of carbs in a day? Don't you go around yawning and walking like Michelin man?

Most of these are pictures of Dmitry Klokov, one of my favorite lifters. His face, when training and competing doesn't make sense. So intense and rawr!! I can guarantee such guys have 100% confidence in themselves, anywhere and anytime. They give this sorta aura.

Hey guys. I've a question.

Would you guys prefer if I put this thread as a "Post only if you have related pics and not comment if you just want to say "Good Job!" kinda thread?

So instead of having to scroll through 10 pages of crap, to find one picture, we have a dedicated picture thread?

Then we'll just link it to a thread where you can comment, though that's troublesome, so in the end, maybe nobody will comment at all which is pretty much good.

Well if you notice, that half the posts here are transformation from fat to fit anyway, so this fits right in. I know how some of us feel that our transformations are worth more attention because we've worked hard for it. I understand that feeling and reading your story makes me feel glad for you.

But we really don't need that many redundant threads ya see. So cheers. Keeps us updated aight with your progress. biggrin.gif

You know how 4% looks? Imagine a pro bb'er on stage. Somewhat like ....Victor Martinez. ON season......that's 4%

Your progress's a bit...the slow. I think you need to add a few more heavy squat triples sessions there and definitely more food. Whack everything. Rawr!

That's how I ate to gain weight.

ALong the line, breakfast added up to 10 eggs, whey protein was added in between meals (in class too), cans of tuna was swallowed with water and milk. I did a lottttt to gain that weight.
