This should be good "7 reasons why your training sucks" 7. You pick dumb exercises - What’s your primary lift today? Your answer shouldn’t be “biceps or chest, etc.” You should know exactly what lift you are performing to meet your needs, not just a general muscle group. No, straight bar curls is not a primary lift…neither is partial range of motion smith machine “shoulder press.” Pick better exercises. |
