auhckw, always listen to those who did it n successful in it. is there any breastfeeding support group near ur area?

there is one in penang called MMPS (mother-to-mother-peer-supporter), a breastfeeding support group. give breastfeeding support and advices, n also promote breastfeeding to the community.. im 1 of the core mom of this group. i myself breastfed my baby until she 2 years n 2 months old.

hows the breastfeeding going on now?

Anyone heard of choice baby / adam-n-eve? cos this company provides a table to have a conception to decide to have a boy or girl. the fee is quite expensive and i would like to know if anyone in this forum came across this and what are the chances of success.

Hihi, I just wondering if i could get pregnant ? As I have irregular period after 2nd month I slept with my bf. But we dint have intercourse but sleep without any clothes on our trip and I still have 2 period after this time. But suddenly now i have irregular spot today after 2 weeks my last period. Anyone can help as I am very stress out now as I'm still studying for my exam and when I think of this, I am very stress out. I also have symptom of vomit once last month but think due to food poisoning and also i have cold each day nowdyas.

Is this happen because I too stress up for exam ? Thanks alot girls.

Any recommendations which center best for maturnity?

actually, you can learn about that from the elders...maybe not from your parents, but other elders...and if you google and study the scientific methods, there is a way...!

Added on December 9, 2009, 1:47 pmlet say you slept with him last october...no intercourse, but just expect the worst, his semens somehow got into your vagina...but your period came on november...it shows that, there's no chance whatsoever for you to get pregnant....one cycle of period can actually cleanse your uterus and thus, washed away any means...unless, you have another one night stand after that, and no period was coming...than you should be worry...very very worry...

so i guess, your interrupted cycles were caused by stress...

my sisters's baby are very qute & clever....there r some of the food / fruits cant eat more or better not to eat during pregnancy cos its good for mom & baby. based on "CHINESE TRADITIONAL" ....

orange...yam....crab...oily food...cold food/drink...and etc, cant remember.

my sisters take some nutrition food...like milk powder for pregnancy 1..enzyme...bird net...herb and so so...

HPT -- It's cheap, some are going for less than rm20, saves you a lot of headaches and stress.

But personally, I think it's stress on your part.

And may I add, if you think you're old enough to be having sex, please be matured enough to use contraceptives or condoms.

Where are you based? What is your budget?

As long as NO intercourse, sperms do NOT touch vaginia, you will not get pregnant.

Can pregnant lady eat "Lo hong ka" bird nest product?? cause its must keep in frigde so it is cold , and preggy lady shouldnt consume cold stuff...please advise...Thanks

When my wife was pregnant, I was considering the "lo hong ka" bird nest product too... but after googling, I found out some mothers that took bird nest... the baby may have some allergic later on.

Some people feedback saying that with or without bird's nest, baby also not much different cause some didn't take it for their first baby but second baby take.

Thanks. hahaha right , those bird nest are not cheap as well...
may I know it is any other food or nutrious stuff recommended?? like enfamama milk??
