If the bird nest drink didn't kill you off, the price would. Are you talking about genuine bird's nest drinks?

Very expensive component (It's even MORE EXPENSIVE than black truffle!) Well...if you prefer swiftlet's spit and stuff, go ahead...if it makes you feel any better.

Regards, Joey

First things first. Are you going to consume it EVERYDAY? I thought these things were supposed to be consumed moderately and not daily.

Regards, Joey

Hi All,
I am happy to share with you that I just pregrant after expecting for 4 years+ since my 1st kid. I was so much worry that if i can't get the 2nd baby by next year then the age gap between my 1st kid and the 2nd one will be too big.

I want to thanks to my friends who recommend me supplementary products. Just to emphasis that the suppulementary is not mainly for pregrancy problem. It is to ensure that you got the enough vitamin, minerals, etc for the good health for pregrancy. i take less than 3 months. wow, really thanks god that i save more than 15K for medical consultation which i plan to go for it by end of this year.

anyone would like to have a try, get back to me for the product detail.

Added on August 26, 2009, 6:53 pmHere i would like to share my experience during the delivery of my 1st kid. I was detected the pregrancy after 3.5 months during the normal medical checkup when i got the new job offer. then of course i lost the job .. lol but i get it again after gave birth.

P/S: i have serious hormon problem.
even detected very late, but i tried to take good food and i cooked for myself everyday.
My 1st kid is the pre-mature baby, he was born at abt 29 weeks.
Due to the position of baby still high and DR was not able to see the hair, even the position is down wards but not in the proper position too.
So the DR did vacumm, then tight my legs on the air, insert 3 pins in order the baby will not suck in. Seems very scary right? But the whole process only 2 hr, I don't feel too pain.

luckily my baby is big enough 2.9kg, so he did not have the major problem like other pre-mature baby. both baby and myself was ok and we just overnight 1 day in hospital. however, pre-mature baby normally don't have strong antibody and require the very good care.

Ah... after gave birth, what's the next - breast feeding. how to generate more milk flow? how to stop it naturally w/o using the pill? i will share to you in next post.

Everything should be taken moderately.

A little research in Birds nest, BN are very nutritious, they contain a lot of unstudied proteins and enzymes.
Reason for the lack of research, Not many mat salleh company are willing to sponsor research due to WWF environmental pressure, these corporates do not wanna tarnish their image.

BN from the wild are the best, away from human population.
BN from those birdhouse near human population and farm are best avoided due to usage of pesticide, swiflet dining on these insects are tainted with pesticide hence you're consuming toxic.

Can consume but try to dun over do it, and dun put so much sugar, cos when too much sugar..it will cause your sugar level shoot high, and your will suffer for it, cos the sugar test will shown positve and the doctor sure ask u to go for daily/weekly blood taking until the sugar level become normal. Cos during pregnancy if the sugar level high enough, doctor scared the baby also affected by it...baby will become heavier, bigger and they scare u hard to give birth by then...

If worst they ask U to jaga your diet. So, better take k....

Thank you for the advice novel. Well I thought 4 months should be stable enough, guess in my case 7 mths should be OK phase.

What type of chinese herbal you can recomeded?

Another thing, in my 4 months is it OK for me to travel long distance or better wait 7 months oso?

Thank you.
