Can pregnant lady eat "Lo hong ka" bird nest product?? cause its must keep in frigde so it is cold , and preggy lady shouldnt consume cold stuff...please advise...Thanks

Thanks. hahaha right , those bird nest are not cheap as well... may I know it is any other food or nutrious stuff recommended?? like enfamama milk?? |
