The option normally valid for a period of time e.g. 2 years, but if the exercise price is lower or near market price, less ppl will bother to exercise, but now the price should be well above the exercise price, then all rush to exercise.

Nothing wrong with split. Say ur sister option was at RM8 then she exercise it now split into 2 she also got 2 units ma.... just that if they never adjust the option for now then too bad

i just bought at 2.61 and thinking of selling around 2.7x. but some analysis said it might not be going that high and stuck around 2.6x... but i gonna hold it anyway... bright future with new destinations....

The stock will undoubtedly grow due to the growth potential of Air Asia. However with the aggressive expansion comes the danger where currently Air Asia is high on gearing due to the large borrowing. Hopefully it will the years will be a smooth year without any disease outbreak such as H1N1 or SARS, or else Air Asia will be in a difficult position.

Oh well, outbreak of disease won't come with a warning, so aviation industry stock is not my cup of tea. Just my 2 cents.

Hi, how u guys think about Airasia? does it undervalue? 3rd quarter EPS 28.2 cent, but if 4 quarter 10 cent eps then FY10 got 38.2 EPS, trading at very low PE ratio.
