Well, I've heard that eating too much instant noodles can cause hair loss.

Use appropriate shampoo.. maybe u can get it at body shop

wash hair regularly, mayb once every 2 days

i asked my sis,and she said that the shampoo will heat my head skin...(not skinhead..huhu)
so,i decided to stop it..

massage your scrap when you wash your hair but then stay away from conditioner or treatment which can hurt your scrap....only apply to the end of the hair but if you have short hair, you go for steaming at salon rather than diy at home... eating habit is essential too... use hair fall control shampoo at the meantime....

I went for their free trial and experienced the same thing. They will make u feel bad and self pity to make u sign up. When they did the trial session by cleaning my scalp, i can almost feel as if the lady tried to forcefully fall my hair.

I'm more fortunate bcoz i didnt sign up even after much or endless persuasion. I hate being force and manipulate by their marketing strategy. Infact the harder they try to sell to me, the more i doubt on its effectiveness.

hehe..now no need to use comb bro coz i always shave my hair using machine(cutter num 1)..easier.. ....tips to reduce ur hair fal is not let ur hair become longer coz it more easily fall...i heard it from 'wanita hari ini' at tv3..hehe ...

Don't need to go Yun Nam,

Too much salt in your diet can cause hair loss because salt is can tax your kidneys and liver. So in return can cause physical stress, which can lead to hair loss. But this is not Male Pattern Baldness and if you lower your salt intake your hair will grow back.

And Devielle, hair fall shampoo won't necessarily help you since shampoos does not have anti DHT properties for controlling Male Pattern Hair Loss. Try taking supplements..sure can help you.

Well,

buy Vitamin B Complex, take more water, less on sugar drinks. That is only a few tips on Preventing Hair Loss, if your problem is quite big, take Minoxidil 5%. Minoxidil is a Potassium Channel Agonist..means it can stimulate hair growth without causing side effects (like ED) like Propecia. You don't need to buy Rogaine because it is expensive due to the brand name. All generic Minoxidil 5% for men is the same (since they use the same formula)

Also reduce stress la, when you are stressed your body will divert energy from your hair to other more important parts of your body. So if you always sleep late from too much WOW or clubbing then you will have more hair loss problem.

use Baby johnson shampoo, i got the same problem with hair falling...
i tried many brands of shampoo but no use, the falling rate is still high.

so my sis recommend me use baby johnson shmapoo as this shampoo contains the least chemical content with copmared to other shampoos.

after using this , my hair condition improved a lot now no more hair problems

Chemicals in shampoo doesn't cause hair loss. The only thing chemical does is cause your hair to dry out and breaks. It's an urban legend myth. But shampoos like Baby johnson are mild enough for people with hair loss. Less chemical..less breakages and drying..means your hair can look thicker.

Yup Oily Scalp can accelerate hair loss..but is not the main cause of hair loss..oily scalp can lead to dandruff...Oily scalp is produced by the sabecous glands in your hair follicle..usually when you are stressed it will produce more oil.

What you can do is get a medicated shampoo like Nizoral which contains the active ingredient Ketoconazole..very good for dandruff and oily scalp (and is a very good anti androgen). But don't use too much..rotate it between normal shampoos..Also..you can use mild shampoo and wash your hair regularly and reduce stress. That will reduce your oily scalp.

Plastic combs does not cause hair loss...just static...when you come your hair static can make your hair stick to the plastic combs..so those hairs in the Resting Phase (TELOGEN) means gonna fall off anyway will fall off..Even if you don't comb it with plastic it's going to fall off when you sleep sooner or later. Unless you use comb to pull your hair out there is no way plastic combs can cause hair loss..

Remember it's normal to lose 50 - 100 hairs a day...because it will grow back!

Can't agree more...stress is one of the major cause of hair loss. Most people just keep on finding for products to cure hair loss while the most common trigger of hair loss is stress itself. When you sleep late or waste your body too much you are exposed to hair loss. If you have genetic hair loss and stress, you will lose your hair a lot faster.

and,i went to tradisional one,he asked me to take hibiscus@bunga raya to make my head cool...

Macho, yeah i said rotate the shampoo..you can't use too much because the active ingredient Ketaconazole is usually meant for treating BPH (Enlarge Prostate) when taken orally so you cannot use too much. Try to rotate between shampoos..use twice a week and then your regular shampoo. As for the hibiscus and bunga raya, that is tradisional medication..i am not sure what it does to help..

You might want to get a natural shampoo from Body Shop that have

Eucalyptus
Rosemary Oil
Chamomile..

These 3 natural herbs will help you reduce your oily scalp..

i would suggest you to make your hair grows new everyday.rather than u keep on trying sumthing to stop ur hair falling.hair always fall everyday.even when u comb ur hair. i think ur hair didn't grew fastly.that's y u look ur hair lesser or nearly to bald.

Genetic Hair Loss...or Male Pattern Baldness is not related to normal hair fall. Nope Macho...Nizoral is a medicated shampoo..it contains ketoconazale..you cannot maintain using it daily as it will cause scalp irritation and dryness..Ketoconazole is a synthetic antifungal drug used to prevent and treat skin and fungal infections...see my page on Nizoral.. Nizoral Shampoo

Rotating shampoo or regular shampoo won't cause hair loss..genetic hair loss has nothing to do with frequent shampooing cause it cannot affect the hair follicles..butt you can lose more of the TELOGEN hairs by frequent shampooing..TELOGEN hairs are in the resting phase anyway so it will fall off sooner or later

Let me explain further

Your dead hairs are in TELOGEN phase, that means those hair anytime will fallout..you cannot stop it. When you use an active product..it will stiimulate growth of new hair follicles from under these hairs..then these new hair follicles will PUSH out from under your old hair..so you old hair has to fall first in order for new hair to grow..

Erm..hair loss in women are not so common..is this temporary condition or is it happening for a while now? If it's a while then maybe it's related to stress and salt..but if her face is also oily i believe this could be caused by hormonal imbalance..when your hormones are not stable you can produce more oil on your face and scalp..and hormonal imbalances can cause hair loss. Best is to let me know some details so i can properly advise you..

From what i know..gamat oil or sea cucumber extract has good contents of Vitamin Bs..except B12..and essentially a good part of zinc and iron..so technically if you apply it to your scalp it might benefit from certain amount of absorption..however, vitamins are best taken orally for maximum absorption. You can of course try gamat oil..i don't think it will hurt you but never expect miracles from it. Treat it as a hair supplement instead..

Try crowning glory by Vitahealth. And for thicker hair/almond oil try using coconut oil or almond oil. I used that as a kid and it really paid off

Yup no complains here. But of course I don't have excessive hair fall.

If you guys have the $ you can try Neeta's Herbal in Bangsar. Highly recommended by alot of people I know. Only downside is the $. Around 1.5k for the treatment but it works.

Cas, in order for a treatment that works it must have a trigger method..usually all these expensive treatments do not guarantee a cure..most of it is just a word of mouth..so whatever u try must have scientific basis..

ok the story is...

i started loss my hair after finish spm exam last year, then my mom told me to cut my hair at indian haircut stall(i don't what word to use).
while he cut my hair, he say "ini ada tanda2 botak lah adik", shock but still ok i guess...
