When situation is safer , authorities will announce, then Hang Seng reopen.

usually it is only closed for public holiday. Seldom closed when typhoon happened.
Just saw news saying that Hang Seng market will reopen in afternoon session.
Erm..thinking which HK-warr shall i buy.?...
