What do you guys think about Bank Islam's Baiti Home Financing?
They offer two months Payment Holiday at November and December?

What is the rate offered for subsale and is it a flexi loan?

Hmm... sounds like a good deal if you can get approved. Suggest you go for it. Would you like to get the MRTA and MLTA quotations from me?

I'm looking for a housing loan which can offer me the best rate. I will also need around additional 100k to finance my education.

The house I'm buying is my mom's. Value will be around 250k something like that.

Hopefully zero entry cost, but I'm willing to consider if the benefit of alternative option far outweights ZEC.

Looking for the lowest rate possible in the long run, so tenure is not an issue.

This is Islamic package called Just Home - I right? Anybody has any comments on this package? It allows pre-payment but no withdrawal.

OCBC Banker(s), I would like to ask: Once my loan is being disbursed to the seller's bank, in the online system, it would be indicated by the "due date" appearing? Is it possible for me to call up the customer service to check if the loan is being disbursed, instead of ringing up the lawyer (always engaged on line)?

You should have received some statement stating the amount of money being released to the developer..
