I still have a home loan with bank at about 80k with interest of BLR+0.2.

If i refinance, will it be better? I believe interest now is BLR-1.8, which is quite a lot.

I take from public bank.

Our New First-of-its-kind product which is not following BLR but following Bank's FDR(Fixed deposit rates)
Interest rates would be FDR + 1.25% if MOF >80% or
FDR +1.15% if MOF <80%

FDR = 12mths FDR rates at 2.5%,
