So we need to weight the solar panel installation, what do we want in the end.
Still, why we need to have quota for this? In Malaysia, we are blessed with sunlight > 180 days. Even in the rainy days, we are still getting some sunlight.
Like European countries, they are ditching fired power generation and encouraging people to use green power to generate power.

As said, you need to consider all the factors.
Just say, without this solar panels, you are spending rm200 for your electric bill monthly. But once you install this, you may only paying rm150, for long term it is something.
But for just investment sake, I think it is not that good.

I know the effect is too little compare to the whole roof with panels la. hehe

I see the wrong one. Solar panel heater won't absorb much like those solar panels.
Yours only cover 10-20% while the other type can cover 50% icon_rolleyes.gif

Yaya. Probably less then 10%.
Btw, i saw some house almost the whole roof is covered by the solar panel. It looks kind of weird.

A few times it tripped and my aircond guy told me better change to 3 phase. Easier. What do u think?
