@ed0gawa,
Promotion changes so I suppose they don't put it on their website. There's also a 'more' column for U to click on so what about checking it out there; I didn't bother to do that. @htkaki, OCBC Titanium can be applied, not their Platinum; which remains exclusive. @Aeon_Clock, I apparently been told U can't have 2 same kind of cards from the same bank. For example, if ur holding a Classic Visa/MasterCard Card and then U apply for a Gold Visa/MasterCard, the Gold Visa/MasterCard will supercede the Classic Visa/MasterCard. I didn't know about this rule till I had issues with my Citibank cards. |

@kapitan,
If Ur holding 2 Visa/MasterCards and one of them is a 'co-' card ie Citibank Shell/Citibank AirAsia, U can hold 2 of the same cards; Visa/MasterCard. However, if Ur holding just the usual Visa/MasterCard, U can onli hold 1 card. @yewkhuay, And that is exactly Y I wanted to shift my monthly spending to MBB CCs. Alas, I don't have one ! @Aeon_Clock,
Those are known as co-op cards [or something like that] so U can actually get the Sony MBB & Petronas MBB - there's no conflict. |

@yewkhuay,
I'm not about to shift my funds from HSBC to MBB. I don't see a reason to do so. @David83, Ah.. that's right.. Co-branding cards... Well, U can hold 2 Visas if they're co-branded |

On the contrary, I have had pretty good feedback about their CS on Credit Card matters. |

@wvt,
I believe U can use the BonusLink card with the Citibank Shell CC and get rewarded on both sides; they're 2 separate programmes @TeraPox, It's what I call, SOP @SKY 1809, I really wonder if their definition of good paymaster is the same as that of ours?! @SKY 1809,
I wasn't referring to the CRRIS report. Good paymaster in my book means U pay promptly and in full each month. To the banks, as long as U pay promptly and the amount paid meets the minimum balance, they're fine Whichever the case, I consider myself a good paymaster This post has been edited by tinkerbel: Jun 23 2008, 10:36 AM |

I never said MBB was a good bank. Nor have I ever said they're a lousy one.
@TeraPox, It is most unfortunate MBB Amex has lost me as a customer. I've decided to use my DA MasterCard for petrol purchases from now on Added on June 23, 2008, 11:44 amI just logged onto Citibank Online to get my bills paid and I see this on my current bill statement: 19-06 CASH RATE 2 = 18.0000 RM 0.00 19-06 CASH RATE 3 = 18.0000 RM 0.00 19-06 RETAIL RATE 2 = 17.0000 RM 0.00 19-06 RETAIL RATE 3 = 17.0000 RM 0.00 19-06 RETAIL INTEREST RATE = 17.0000 RM 0.00 Can someone tell me what that's for?! Yes it's not affecting me since it's RM0.00 This post has been edited by tinkerbel: Jun 23 2008, 11:44 AM |

@TeraPox,
The finance charges are for outstanding payment not made. I never had that problem but apparently there was an issue with that last month. When I checked with them what it was about they told me it's because I paid RM3500 last month when my bill was RM3600. I told her how was I suppose to know my bill's RM3600 when the bill I received showed RM3500. I asked for a waiver and got it I then found out later it was my secretary who made the calculation error *shy* but obviously I didn't let the bank know of that! *grins* |

@TeraPox,
Yes it's possible it was RM80 or something that was left out in ur payment hence the finance charges. Like I said, I only had this problem once in the last 8 years I'd been with Citibank. DA on the other hand is problematic when it comes to such; they're ocassionally banking my cheque in late and I always have to call them for the waiver *ish* |

@SKY 1809,
I don't make too much use of my cheque so decided to clear them off through issuing cheques *grins* @TeraPox, I don't work for the banks so I can't help U. If U want to know, the next time it happens, just give them a call and ask them. Since Ur using Platinum Cards, U should have access to their Platinum Priority Line - I assume it's a shorter wait on that line *shrugs* - I never used mine before so I wouldn't know the difference between their usual line and their Platinum Priority Line. |

@TeraPox,
Good enough if U asked me but if it's Platinum that U want, U could alwiz make a request if the bank doesn't give it to u automatically |
