@dr2k3,
Perhaps we should talk about what we can redeem from our reward points. I'd wanted to collect enough points to redeem the Samsonite luggage bag. Now that I've sufficient points, I no longer know if I want to because from the picture it looks quite flimsy and I haven't been able to check the real thing out sad.gif

@dr2k3,
I haf but it's difficult to see if it's good or not through pictures. Well, it's Samsonite so it shouldn't be too inferior quality, I think.

@dr2k3,
U pick from what U can choose. I don't want to redeem and then regret redeeming it - it's for dad actually and I rather he tell me if he wants it or not. It cost me like 187k points to redeem this Samsonite luggage bag.

want to ask you all, is your CC transaction updated online very fast?
i'm using CIMB but my transaction for last week in red box until now still haven't updated online doh.gif
*
In my usage, fastest update into online banking is within 24 hours. Good example are those bills like TM, TNB, Syabas.

Longest recently, I bought Cathay Pac ticket online, then go for trip, come back, still not online. From swipe till online posting is around 10 days. Overseas transactions are normally slower to come in, but there are couple of times, it is online within <24 hours.

@labtec,
Keep ur fingers crossed the bank forgets to update it and bill U for that transaction biggrin.gif  It's never happened with my cards though  sad.gif

Happened to me once. Pump petrol and after >1 yr, the transaction is still not in rolleyes.gif Anyway, I've cancelled that CC already. tongue.gif

My cabin Sammy 3-pin combo locked failed tongue.gif
Lucky I have spare mini-locks.
Come back and fixed it myself. The internal spring was mis-aligned.

@dr2k3,
No he doesn't except we're short of a suit case in that size and that's a pretty good size. Hence I thought instead of spending $ purchasing it, I might as well redeem it since I haf accumulated sufficient points.

And if he/I decide soon, it might come in time for his Baltic Cruise trip.

@cute_boboi,
I didn't know KTM stations had outlets to purchase 4D Numbers.

Citibank Shell Card is really bad in giving back the rebates.
Collected until RM47 and still doesn't deduct.
Called their slow CS and they said I need to swipe at Shell to get the rebate deducted... what the F*CK !!!!

Never going to touch a Citibank card ever again... I guess they may use the same rebate trick for their Giant co-brand card.

@ronnie,
What do U mean u can onli get the rebate deducted when U use the card at Shell? In the first place, isn't the rebate only applicable to Shell petrols?! And how do they give U back this rebate if it's not credited into ur statement?

The SCB Visa Infinite's too high class for most of us; perhaps U should check with TeraPox if he's gonna get it - he's the one who's collecting Platinum Cards tongue.gif

The RM47 rebate is on my statement but never used to credit back. I'm a Petronas user. Will use the card for one last time at Shell just ot enjoy the credit of the reabte. Else bye bye Citibank forever and ever. Worse bank ever.
It offers 0.5% rebate on other retail purchases besides Shell petrol (1.5%)

SCB Vis Infinite is a grade higher than Platinum.

@ronnie,
You mean U've never used ur Citibank-Shell card at a Shell petrol station? The RM47 rebates were all from other purchases? Since it's co-brand card it only makes sense that U spend some $ with Shell before the rebate is given back to you.

Yes, I am aware the Visa Infinite is a grade higher than Platinum. TeraPox oredi has like 4 or 5 Platinum cards so it shouldn't be a problem for him to obtain this SCB Visa Infinite.

Act, if I'm not mistaken, SCB is NOT the 1st bank to offer this card; it's also available through RHB I think.
