sad.gif I'm not trying to scare you but GPs are unable to be sick, in the sense that they show very little signs that they are sick until it is too late. If it's too late they will die. In the wild this helps them survive longer till they truly can't go on anymore. I mean, wild animals will go after the weakest first right? So if they don't show weakness they survive longer. But this isn't good for a domesticated GP because we need to tell they're sick to help them. Why don't you just bring it to a vet? Just to be safe?

i saw a few the other day at PW MV, at petaling street also.. i just go kia kia and find petshops then... some selling for RM88, RM68, RM58++ for an Abby... huhu.. I wanna try also n very tempted d...

Can they live in the 2feet zoozone 2 tank?? Big enuf not for 2?? planning to get 2.. i am so in love with the agouti/white Abby and lilac Abby at PW... but i think theirs got mites le..

Coz i dont know how to make cage or run for them in my room [in campus!!] haha...

where u guys get GP? from lyn got ppl sell bo? i am not fond of dark colors [blacks, dark brown] except agouti[greyish]... other color r ok lo... anyone selling them meh here?? hehe..

I thought a lot of mmu students got dslr.
In cyberia bersepah people walking around with dslr...

I bought mine at PW MV. Seriously got lots of mites...
But before that my friend also bought there but she said its got no mites.
Guess we really have to check first before leaving the store.

that day i went, is the first they the new batch GPs arrived.. so possibly no mites yet.. there are 2 display units rite... the new one is at the smaller display whereas the big display houses the not so healthy n cantik type... blink.gif

dats y the GP u boguht r much more expensive.. kononnya special colour GPs... hehe.. i saw them being put in the newly cleaned unit... since then i will go PW everytime i go MV, just to see the agouti/white esp... haha wub.gif

i bought my first 2 abys from a petshop here in malacca..
no mites cuz i really knew how the owner cares for the pets..
then the third one is a sheltie, which i bought from Pet Safari, Ikano..
She got mites but strangely no bald spot on her.. but the mites infect the abys..

yup.. i oso think that the gp at pw really in bad conditions.. last time went there noticed that a few gps were very thin and looked unhealthy.. i dunno who will be interested in buying them..

i've never seen the zoozone before so can't tell if it's suitable for 2 gps.. like me, i use a cage then covered the cage floor with toilet mat so that they won't hurt their feet.. it's good to find a wide cage cuz running around is the only way the gp can exercise and play..

A 2 feet tank is only enough for 1 GP o. You have to get a bigger cage la Kevin if you want 2. The 3 queen GPs in my house are in their own 2 feet cages.

Get from Sharil. His black beauty mum GP always gives birth to black beauty babies. That one guarantee healthy.

My 2 black beauties already sold. Now I miss them so much, sad.gif tongue.gif coz 2 of them really chubby when i sell to customer.
Now the chiko babies also getting chubby, hahaha..
Every second i feel fall in love when I see them growing up. smile.gif

better from home breeder.. so anyone have one for adoption?? prefer Abby first, then i add Sheltie, Peruvian... hehe [berangan je kerjanye.. huhu drool.gif ]

n i like colours like buff, golden, lilac, agouti... not much black k... n not much dark brown also.. hehe

By the way, nak tanya all maestro maestro nih,,,my GP(abbys) punya head got abit bald..since i bought her from petshop..isit coz of mites?
but i got check her body,,dunhave mites leh..how ar?

i got clean her cage evryday,so not full with her poo..
and,,she reli getting fatter than the 1st time i bought her...tummy so big...fat GP girl..

I am getting one by one... not all at once... mati la macam tuh... RM RM RM also bye bye... but most probably SG first... follow the siggy lo.. then hedgie then GP... or maybe GP first hah??? wub.gif haha.. pengsan d...

coz at my campus, i used to be a committee member.. so friendly with the staffs and principle d.. rolleyes.gif haha

my fellow here even has a phyton, porcupine [landak] and iguana in his room... sweat.gif mine considered ok d lo... blush.gif

@Kevin: Aiyar, must get GP first lo. GP only 6 years of lifespan. Suggie 15 le. You got the commitment? Plus GP cheaper. tongue.gif but actually i like suggie a lot also.

@sazzhi: Mites cannot be seen with your eyes. If you mean the bading part on the forehead, my GPs had it too when we bought them from the petshop. But they were full of lice and mites then. After treatment and bathing, the hair grew back there, although not very lebat.

Gp oso big cage n big space.....
most important is the maintainence fee ..
price increase in pet food...
u better plan kful or u gonna get some headache..

in these few days...
my mum do sumthing special for my guinea pig..
she blend apple n carrot juice for me..
n she give my guinea pig the sisa-sisa blended..
n my guinea pig LIKE it..
lol.....they eat it non stop....

yea...sumtime my mum blend green apple, carrot and cucumber together..
n they seem like it....
try put small amount n let them finish 1st..
but still....feel like there are no more juices...hehe..
jus sisa sisa for them....
