Which brngs us to the question as to why our country's GP is skinny. Why ar? No matter how much they eat they don't get as chubby. Just fat.

No la,I dont mean our GP skinny coz I never see Malaysia GP fat as other country. So Geram when look Fat, Chubby GP.

I think those country that has 4 seasons, during winter time, may be GP will eat more to store body fat just like a bear. Actually my Sheltie GPs are quite fat, can feel their thick double chin.

Double chin?? Isn't that unhealthy? It's unhealthy for a human to have double chins already.

Just like the answer i want to hear.

May be as they grow older, they will be getting fatter. The oldest I have is coming to 2 years old.

Is Baby GP grow so fast?

Coz mine almost same size with their mother now.

My GP babies already 3 weeks old, very big size now, like a 5 weeks old size. Very good appetite and quite heavy. Sometimes I wonder those pet shop claimed that the babies they sell is 2 months old, their size even smaller than my current 3 weeks old GPs. Most likely the petshop sells those GPs during the 1st week of their birth or very underfed.

The last batch Sheltie baby that Rally-art bought from me was coming to 4 months old, the size was big almost like an adult size, he doesn't believe it initially. I think that's the reason why petshops sell their GPs at very young age, if already 2 months old, the size is quite big already, not so cute any more.

I think those pet shop dont know anything about GP, they just assume the age if we ask them. We as a buyer just 'angguk' je la.

Wah!!! I don know after a week the cage enough for them or not, coz they will getting bigger. hahaha....

This is one of my favourite Sheltie, he is the oldest and most chubby one. I think he is now 1kg. I like his white marking. The babies also have white marking like him, so that is why I am keeping those babies, and further more they are female.

You bought your baby from petshop, right? I think its age is same like my 3 weeks old babies. I don't believe it is 2 months old!

i bought him last 3 weeks..
the shop owner said it is 1 month plus..
but i think it's younger than that..
noticed that he can eats the pellets at the shop so i bought him cuz he's very cute..

Wow, you should name him chocolate. Look like the size of Micheri when I got her. Every petshop seems to claim that their babies are 2/3 months old.

When I got all my GP, Girl Girl was bigger in size and obviously from another litter. The shop owner claims she's from the same litter. and also that she's 2 months old, like kiki and micheri although all of them have different sizes.
