Walau I didn't know so many nice cars/trains/ships existed

anyway, I bring you 2 great rivals in the motor world.

Subaru Imprezza WRX STI and EVO 10


Both meeting up at some location in Tokyo


At a pedestrian crossing where a they have caught the attention of a lady


Subaru can open bonnet. Evo X both doors


Both making a run for it after they accidentally came across a Transformer


I think both manufacturers made a bold decision to make the latest model as they are now. Mitsubishi made the Evo fiercer, while Subaru, taking cue from the Ford Focus went with a hatch design. So now both kinda stand out from each other.

For me, I am a Subaru guy , so I would take the Subaru anytime

Hi JtuneD. Hmm I was thinking that the Nissan GT-R was not well moulded as it had to take into account child safety in it's design, as a result the headlamps and the body lines are not so close to the real one.

Which Trueno in particular? the one below rather hard to get as it is a Tomica Shop item where you have to redeem it based on points collected (iirc)

^ the limited CTR is already sold out before it even reached the distributor's shop. you gotta wait till the next shipment for it.

Hi Ryuji. A Honda Civic fan huh? hee well I guess you just have to wait for the new shipment.



Overall I think TomyTakara are short-changing collectors on the Tomica Limited (TL) because the recent sports cars are produced in the exact same colour as the Regular Series, i.e. lthe Evo X, Civic Type-R and possibly the WRX - [surely the least they can do is use a different colour??] The TL no longer includes the metal nameplate too.. a cost-cutting measure perhaps?

jz back from hunting HWs, my cousin followed me and in the end he bought 3 tomy: Nissan GTR Racing Car (Yellow Hat), Daihatsu Move and Disney Lexus SC430 (izit?)

so i go snap the Disney 1...

Hi Shin. That's the Toyota Soarer Love Tomica was bought from overseas.

oic..... coz Toyota Soarer = Lexus SC430 haha
