As far as I know, that is the Shareholders Set. Given out to shareholders each year. There are also times when two different sets are given, to big shareholders and small shareholders. The one you bought is for 2007.

Allow me to share the 2005 edition (2nd picture from other source) which is sought for the Nissan Diesel Big Thumb Star Wars Truck!

Wow, metal nameplate? Got any pics? Looks like new collectors (like me) hav missed out on the "good times"... but better late than never, I guess? (mayb next time TLs use same packaging as regulars!)
