I agree that the quality of not just the TL Civic Type-R is poor and far from TL-class, and even some of the regular models are made poorly too hope they will improve soon.. I realise this is seasonal.. sometimes good and sometimes bad.. strange!

Plaza Low Yat has an added advantage of having other group-related developments in its vicinity such as the Federal Hotel, Capitol Hotel and BB Park, and the soon-to-be revamped Federal Bowl Centre, all of which create a "city within a city" experience.

"It's part of a bigger vision that will be revealed in due course," he adds.

Plaza Low Yat's recognition as a centre for IT products did not happen overnight. "It took us a few years to evolve into Malaysia's best known and largest IT lifestyle mall. It was a carefully thought-out strategy by our board of directors and chairman Tan Sri Low Yow Chuan," Francis says.

To ensure continuous attraction at the mall, promotions and bargains are an active part of the retail lifestyle at Plaza Low Yat.

"We and our retailers/resellers enjoy tremendous support from Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, Toshiba, Samsung, Dell, Sony and LG in terms of back-end support and advertising. This is something which sets us apart from others," Francis says.

"To remain competitive is an ongoing challenge which keeps us busy. The retailers need our support and the principal's support and we, in turn, need to support them. It's about keeping a healthy, balanced business relationship and partnership between all parties," he says, adding that the management has to ensure that the latest products are always available at competitive prices apart from providing a safe and comfortable environment for shoppers.

That Skyline Set is a great great addition. There is also a Volume I. Liked that Black Pajero Bigfoot also good buys! I am looking out for more 4WD and biggies cars like Rav4, Jeeps, Pajeros and Hilux etc.  If you can find them let me know!!
