theres a gath in pet safari? the place that sell the underage joey? huhu..
can i join if i dont have anything to do on those days? i think it would be great to have a "sifu" to explain everything about gliders..=)

The 1st June gathering is NOT at Pet Safari, it's at the Petster small animal event. I think it should be taking place at the same area as last time... The little outdoor area between IKEA and IKANO adjoining area... Right Hun?

Okay, since you guys want promotions on that day, I'll try and bring some stuff for promotion(no early booking, first come first serve tongue.gif) wink.gif But the main thing is Hun's Glider Talk yah... Not my promo tongue.gif

Come support her!

We should drag some Pet Safari staffs and force them to listen to Hun's talk! flex.gif

BIG BIG EVENT!!!!!

1st June. Please head over to Ikano. It is Petster's Small Animal Day!!!! Bring your hamsters, gliders, ferrets or any animal that is easy to carry around.

There will be glider talk on 31st May and 1st June. Both days also same talk by me. But I would say let us make a glider gathering on 1st June since it is a Sunday.

*
What time is the big event? Sorry for this ridiculous question..hehe

bite / nib are two different things..

erm, one more thing, don't let them feel comfortable bitting/nibbing.. or else they will develop this habit and that wont be a god thing..

Ya.. what bonai said was right, if u just let them nib and u not stop it, they will nib all the time, just like mine. But I'm always make sure everytime she try to nib, I will stop it and I prepare some fruits to make sure she concentrate with dat fruit. tongue.gif

Bonai, technique dat u said use cat toy the feather one, I think its not really work, coz she become more scare.
Sometimes she like shock when I'm near to her, she think I'm a feather. Now I'm not use dat toy.

i'll post a video on the toys thing with gliders soon..
it's just that i dont have camera now..

anyone willing to sponsor me a digicam please pm me..

btw, i can't tell 100% anything that would work for any glider..
plus your glider is not bought from me so i don't really know her..
the tips i'm giving is something to try with..
and usually it works, not for my gliders only, but most of the glider in the world.. haha!

Yes, nibbling is a sign of affection as in the wild they will nibble their favourite tree smile.gif

So, in human world, we are their favourite tree smile.gif

It depends on how you can take it lah, sometimes the nibbles are very light and geli only... Sometimes it is a bit hard and hurtful... So if it hurts, just stop them, tell them "No" or pick them up immediately...

Micah loves to lick my neck, then slowly he will nibble... When I tell him no, he will lick-lick again... Then suddenly "garpp" nibble me back sweat.gif

She's really scare .... always shock when something near to her not like before.
Now I'm slowly calm her back. blush.gif

then just leave the feather there..
introduce her to it..

for your case, dont just aspect her to 'love' the toy straight away..
gliders with toys are not same like humans where we can fall in love at the first sight..
they tend to get curious/afraid/freak with new stuffs..

so need to do some intro or leave it for them to explore on it's own comfortable way/time..

EDITED: haiyo so many typo!

Can anyone advice me on this?

Should i opt for the plastic mesh or coated steel wire mesh for my cage?

Will they be able to bite the plastic mesh and escape?

Which better? smile.gif
