Celestial is doing fine. She is so quiet. My bro's gf likes her hahaha. I notice the tail is very fluffy, good genes leh. Not all gliders have very fluffy tails.

for how long? until the female matures.. like 8 months above..

i'm so glad that my glider is now attached to me.. so i'm gonna name her soon

Don't worry, some gliders will eat the whole thing one.

My Luna does that, eat everything one, the rest will spit out the skin.



Err, why do you wanna separate them? Prevent breeding?

If you have introduce them together separating them for even a brief period(ie. few days) can already stress them what more if you wanna separate them for a few months.

Normally male suggies mature after 6 months OOP, some can go as early as 5 months, it depends on the suggie.

Most noticeable trait is balding, then can notice them musking another one is when you notice the pen*s sticking out more often.

Separate from female? You put them together already and now wanna separate? Kinda stressful. Normally I would suggest people to get a female first then only a male or do not intro together till fully mature. Why not neuter? Then you won't have problems with balding and smell.

Good to know it is doing well. Next time don't get underage joeys anymore.

I notice the fur thing with my gliders as well. Sometimes Kiah and Kapi will have unkept fur, sometimes very smooth. I also notice that you can also improve the fur with a drop of cod liver oil in the food twice a week. Currently I'm trying this out.

You can also make them groom more by using a damp cloth to wipe their fur. Once they feel that their fur is damp, gliders would start to groom.

That day you wiped Kiah with sth, what's that? Her fur looked drenched. i thought "gliders sweating pulak"

HAhaha.... that was a wet wipe. Coz she was a bit stinky, so I wiped her down so she appears cleaner. But of course it made her look like a wet rat hahaha.

I'd like to use wet wipe. is this wet wipe means wiping wet with water or sth else? Yeah, remember it to be so cute.
