I think he is not trying change ur mind or anyone else mind, anyone can get what console they want.

i know he is not trying to do that , if u look at my sentence , im talking about me comparing the 2 console, not everybody else. i dont need this thread to compare the 2 console, ive done that before i bought my choice. ( ok so my comparison is just down to which console plays ff , deciding in less then 2 second to buy a ps3 is like a no brainer anyway. )

Ya, u r right, mostly the game on pc also can be found on Xbox360/PS3. So please spend sometime that u should try to get more information which game will not release on PC from Xbox360, example like Ninja Gaiden 2.

imho even so the game can also be found on pc , that doesnt change the fact that xbox360 is a great machine.

Yes, PC games looks better, but how much is a gaming PC that can let you display Crysis at high quality setting @ 1920 x 1200?

It cost you 3 to 4 times more than the console itself and that is not a fair comparison at all.

Most PC gamers claim that PC graphics are better but the real facts is that most PC gamers are playing at a setting that is worst than the console.

Added on June 16, 2008, 12:47 pmAll the number mean absolutely nothing. In the end is the real world game performances that count. Just released MGS4 seems to put PS3 at the top of graphic crown, but most game cross platform games still look better and run smoother on the 360.

verdict is buy both (if can), coz both also got it's advantages

Added on June 16, 2008, 6:08 pmdid i mention about cost factor?i dont think so..well most pc gamers but certainly not me..i always crank up to max setting..like i said before i own 360 and my bro who lives in the same house own ps3...so my opinion is just that on graphical term which i dont really care for cost..power to power and did you properly read that whatever also my vote goes to ps3 because the blu ray capabilities and because of its hardware technology slightly advantage to xbox360..
you dont need to be such in defensive mode...invest in all system and tell me what you think after that,and again im telling you not to involve cost factor in it(pc hardware,xbox 360 live point,ps3 games) now all that is of course if you want to debate about price/performance.
and if your heading that direction of price/performance ratio i think better not call yourself a gamers then,invest in what you like to the max,it as simple as that, surely most of the gamers here is a working adults right??i cant imagine to ask parent for money to buy games..

Dude, you must be one hell of a wealthy guy.....but in MY (AND this is Malaysian forum) cost is everything......

most of the ppl stop playing game also due to cost.....

I stopped PC gaming due to never ending upgrade cost even though game titles are chepest and you have the option to play cheap ahem game but remember, playing ahem game is stealing other's property and risking you machine vulnerable to attacks

even though I'm product specialist for an It company, I'm not savvy enough to keep buying several thousands of hardware/software upgrade & format my PC just to make sure I'm not left behind in 3Dmark Vantage and can play every game for Windows.... and the best part they do not always guarranty I'll get the best graphic. I still rememer the day I upgraded my PC for a game and found out that my graphic card DRAM is not sufficient enough to run ultra quality texture.

I'm still getting stunning visual from console and not breaking the bank. I get exclusive title for console. I still an play online games. On highest setting, visual difference from most of the hits title like GRiD, CoD is negligible for PS3, xbox360 and PC.

even M$ said PC will move away slowly from gaming.

This is my opinion after changing clan from PC to console. My last graphic card upgrade can buy me 12 xbox360 game title.

PS2 GT2 also have 2 disc, nothing be wrong for racing game, anyway this just a rumour.
