QUOTE Added on July 1, 2008, 7:34 pm if few k...i oso will get sports le...... Added on July 1, 2008, 7:35 pm bro... 1.6 against 1.8... Added on July 1, 2008, 10:00 pm QUOTE(Yeapy @ Jul 1 2008, 02:15 AM) Your civic giving you quality issues? My father keep asking me why dun u buy Vios leh, dunno why he like Vios so much, to me is just a 3rd world country Toyota boring car, most important is just a waste of money to buy this kind of car, and I swear that I will never buy a CKD Japan car. Honda really giving me lots of build problem just come here to c some...http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/461386Swift Sport 0-100 = 8.9s from what I read . Want faster can try to install supercharger, read from somewhere the supercharger kit is already out officially in Japan, then can compete with Mini Cooper S liao I think Normal swift already good handling, swift sport can't imagine ! Those picky TopGear people give a very good review on this car, which they normally won't be so kind on Japanese car. Getting one SSS soon, you guys think what colour is nice ? Yellow or white ? I prefer yellow one hehe I always try not to promote SSS too much because I want it to be rare OTR and hopefully can get the car immediately if I want its good u go for the cbu swift, like u I will never buy a CKD car again. NEVER!!!!!!!! This post has been edited by corek: Jul 1 2008, 10:40 PM |

Just get the car regardless of CKD or CBU. The handling really rocks better than the car above its segment.
Haven't try the SSS though |

truth b told ... if i had an extra 30k .. sure id buy the sports .... but no i dont .. and many as well do not ..
its clear case of .. who can afford to buy a swift sport and who can afford to buy the normal one.. its not whether we want to buy the normal one or swift ... its what we can afford ......... handsdown everyone will buy the sports ..... provided they can spend that extra 30k. up to u to think paying extra 30k is alot or little ... its alot to me Added on July 2, 2008, 12:21 am QUOTE(limyusiong @ Jul 1 2008, 11:27 PM) clarification and justification plz....dude, no everyone so "RICH" like u, CKD and CBU is talking bout diff of 20k++...but mayb u breakdown to monthly installment is onli diff bout 40 dollars....anyway, i rather to use tat 20K++ for other things....just my 2 cent... anyway ... diff is not 40 dollars a month ... i calculated before ... more like extra 500 a month ...at least, CKD stil meet my personal requirement. i earn a decent pay ... and 500 a month i can spend on my monthly petrol/toll This post has been edited by yeahh: Jul 2 2008, 12:21 AM |

I just went to test drive the Swift yesterday. Was thinking of selling my Fiat Coupe and buying this now that petrol prices make fast driving a luxury. I can say that the handling for the Swift is definitely better than the Coupe though obviously it isn't quite as fast.
Here's a question on the Swift Sport - does anyone know how much extra power a supercharger will add to it and how much it will cost? |

It also means extra RM300++ per month for instalment. it IS a lot of money. For me, that extra RM20k definitely will not justify for that extra enjoyment. |
