QUOTE(Davez89 @ Oct 8 2016, 05:51 PM) Thanks for replied beroww.I don't understand why asb loan is good, u guys need to use nearly the "sum amount" of asb dividends to repay the monthly installments of "asb financing". Which means eventually the compounding interest is based on the disposable dividends after u have paid off the loan installments.. this is not much and sounds like bearing the risk of taking loan (asb dividends has down again) and bring profits to banks.. QUOTE(heavensea @ Oct 8 2016, 06:30 PM) Thanks for replied beroww. This is just one of the techniques used to exploit the loan. This one you mentioned is the most basic and least rewarding. There are some 20 or so more techniques to use the loan to your advantage.I don't understand why asb loan is good, u guys need to use nearly the "sum amount" of asb dividends to repay the monthly installments of "asb financing". QUOTE(heavensea @ Oct 8 2016, 09:11 PM) Too many to mention here... It'll be like reading a book. First you gotta have a target in mind. Then tailor suit your strategy to meet those goals. For me, just wanted to accumulate and take advantage of compounding interest. Took 200k loan and in 10 years got 200k cash. Took that out and dump into ASB2 and took 400k loan on ASB. Then when budget permits took out that 200k from ASB2 and put into ASD and then replaced it with another 200k loan. Currently earning dividend and compounding 800k. In between terminate and reapply to increase ROI and for reward spending money. Join the FB group himpunan teknik asb for some great advice by people who have been there and done that. |

Guys... Somehow i still quite doubt with asb loan.. although roughly calculate will still get around 2% profit (dividen 7%++ minus ~5% bank interest), but after deducting zakat 2.5%, shouldn't it be negative then..

Ammortization. Terminate and re-apply to get back a portion of what you've paid to increase the ROIBut if possible let it compoun la.... then the 2.5% like peanuts only This post has been edited by buggie: Oct 9 2016, 10:15 AM |
