Im just sharing the difference between saving and financing...big figure will be good for example...

but it u want to apply ASB financing make sure only do with an amount you can afford...if not it will be a burden to you...

btw, November should be the last month to apply for loan, right? because I heard banks doesn't disburse money for asb certificate in disember...??
Yes correct...this month will be the last...u also will get a month of dividend from this year...simply said free money for those who start invest now...because u only will start your repayment at January next year...

Last make sure before u invest, u already set your goal. For example, buying your dream car/house, saving for retirement and so on...
If u r interest please pm me...

repayment start January? not disember?

I can only afford repayment amount of less than rm200 cry.gif which means loan for 30k as minimum.

no problem bro...or if u want to make for a long term of investment, Private Retirement Scheme are suit with you...minimum only RM100/month...u only can get the money at 55 years old...same like KWSP...but with more return 8-10%...

if your age below 30 years old u can get incentive RM500 from the government if u start invest min 1000...after that u can proceed as low as 100/month...

Basically PRS is same like EPF...

However EPF annual return only around 6.3% while PRS around 8-10%

PRS will be invest in unit trust at low to medium risk investment

Yes minimum to contribute for PRS is 100/month and above however you can stop contribute anytime you want and the balance in your PRS will continue to be invest until you reach age 55.

For those who age are below 30 years old and have a minimum of RM1000 in their PRS account will get RM1000 incentive (one time only) from the government

Plus you also can get tax relief max RM3000/year...

If you have more question about PRS please whatsapp me at 011-10785052 haziq.
