Actually it is up to individuals.
If u more comfortable to go with Selangor fatwa and Asb is haram for u.
If u feel fatwa Kebangsaan is more correct and u have confidence in them so u go for Harus.

But some people, for rokok they will ignore fatwa Kebangsaan and asb they will choose fatwa Kebangsaan, that is not a good way to choose i guess.

I got 5.0% for ASB2 loan RM200K...

Current my ASB1 loan RM200k with 5.2%.. if i want to switch it to 5% for ASB1, I need to apply new loan and terminate the old loan...

Depend on what you're trying to achieve
If you want to do rolling dividend technique, beginning of ASB financial year is the best.

Assume current br rate is 4%.
Is the br rate fixed, tru out the loan tenure?

Also what other hidden cost need to pay for asb loan? Insurance, stamp duty, legal or cost need to consider?
How much it cost n is it factored in the monthly repayment?

Which method provid higher roi%?
1. Pay monthly the whole loan tenure?
2. Pay for few years until dividen can cover monthly payment?
3.any othet method?

Thanks

There is no limit to the compounding interest.
The limitation of 200k is for loan. Back then we can apply ASB loan for up to 400k(depending on our ASB account limit), but that privilege no longer exist.

is it true that cut-off date is 7th day of every month? i got loan approved but not sure the timing is right

example balance on these dates are:

01/11 - RM 10,000
05/11 - RM 12,000
28/11 - RM 14,000

your least balance amount for November is 12,000 (not 10k)

Shit. That's ridiculous
You can literally walk-in to any bank and get 5.2%. Some like Affin and CIMB does offer 5.0%
