Cimb just launch asb 2 last few day .. and the family package for asb is 5.0 interest rate until end of April. But we strongly believe it will be extend again because this package is last year launch and keep extend because the market demand .. normal is 5.2 interest rate. Or if u refinancing your asb from other bank to cimb then also can get 5.0 interest rate . But must get the offer letter from other bank

yesterday just visit cimb for asb loan..the 5% interest rate is applicable for those who have asb loan before..it just like counter rate.. if u first timer than it will be normal rate of 5.2%..cimb also offer insuran min of 15years even u take loan for 30years..but totally optional..

Hi ASB Financing agent,

I read somewhere in the FB stating that we can get asbf w/o having a salary slip (i.e student, housewife, etc) provided we pay 6 months installment in advance.
Any clarification and confirmation on this? If yes, please PM me.
Thanks.

Hey guys, just want to clarify why some people feel that it is more beneficial to terminate asb loan after 5 years and re-apply a new one? I still don't get the idea.tq
