Hi ASB Financing agent,
I read somewhere in the FB stating that we can get asbf w/o having a salary slip (i.e student, housewife, etc) provided we pay 6 months installment in advance. Any clarification and confirmation on this? If yes, please PM me. Thanks. |

Guys,
I think people need to grow up their account limit. If not capable using their own money, do it with loan and let it compounding. At the end of the day, when you ready to retire, and do not want to handle property management problems, you can sell it and put the profit into ASB/ASB2 and enjoy the passive income(dividend). By that time, your account limit already grow and you can terminate the loan and replaced it with own cash. If you keep using the dividend, the limit will not grow as quick as it compounded. my opinion. |

QUOTE(haziqnet @ Dec 24 2016, 09:12 AM) If u want to know i can tell u...only 0.5% of commission from the total of financing/loan. So if client apply 100k we consultant only get 500 per application. 1 time commission only. Is that much sir with all the knowledge we share. If u go see bankers u wont get knowledge and technique like we told...plus we can help u to apply asbf according to your goals and budget. This commision is our only salary as consultant. No basic salary. Hope u sastify with my answer. Thank you Thank you sir... |

Hi, for those who rolling their dividen to repay their asbf, are you doing this over the counter every month? I guess no different when you withdraw (throughout the month) it as the dividen calculation for that month will use the min balance on the account, right?
If you have asbf & asb2f, are you withdraws from one account to repay the loans or withdraw from both accounts to repay their own? Thanks |
