Is TS asking about receiving money and sending money? If you link a debit card, does that mean when people pay you, the money appears in your debit card account?

Well I'm just starting to do business online especially in ebay.So what you said is related to the purpose of why I want the debit card.Main thing is to sell something and buy as well.

But I tot your paypal cannot be verified if you do not tag your cc. My friend's paypal cannot make payment although he has some funds in his paypal a/c but do not have cc to tag to the paypal a/c

i alrdy verified my paypal account long time ago, that time i borrow my dads cc, but right now i dont have a cc and i cant borrow from him anymore

IC. you are late by one week coz top up by other banks other than RHB just ended a fortnight ago. Maybe you can ask any forummers who have balance in thier paypal a/c for help

Try Public bank, I use public bank visa debit card to open paypal.. and it works great..

Palpay with Debit Card (limited fund inside the account) is super safe for internet transaction.

Some questions for the experienced ones here

Can you withdraw from your paypal account

a) with Debit Card?
b) with Credit card?

hi, i just withdraw/receive some money from the sender's "business paypal verified" account. instead of receiving the full amount,i got charged USD2.16 under fee. the gross payment is stated in full amount but the net payment is the amount i get.

at the same time, i withdraw/receive some money from another sender's "business paypal non verfied" but no fee charged,full amount receive from my side.

can somebody tell me how paypal charge/calculate fee, a bit blur blur cause first time kena charge for a fee.


* fyi, my paypal is a personal account(non verified).

There is a charge for every transaction.

And when you withdraw to your bank under RM400 you also get charged a wire fee

Not annually but rather on per transaction basis.

Paypal is launching Paypal Here today for small business to accept credit card. The fee is lower than most of the credit card terminal I think. hope it comes to Malaysia soon.

I am just use it for online purchase only. What if I get an account and I didn't use it for some time. Will it charge me ?

Yes there is a fee. Because if not all Sellers will ask their customers to use this option.
